Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I sent 6 emails asking them to delete expired credit cards from my account and no action even though 2 emails said they would do it. Since you don’t control your own personal info on the site, you’re basically held hostage. Then I tried to make my first withdrawal and have been waiting a week for money to be returned to my Visa card. After requesting withdrawal, site asked for photos of my ID, which I sent even though my account is verified so why do I have to provide ID for each withdrawal?! No confirmation that money is on its way. I think it’s an identity theft site and big big scam. They take your money but don’t pay out. Stay away.

They are scam artists,have sent them documents and they keep lying,have given them proof and still lie,stay away from them rude customer service who are going to get what’s coming to them,they took money out of my balance while I was playing and said they didn’t when I have proof,biggest scammers on the internet,police are going to be contacted,it’s theft.

No customer service at all. This casino has the worst customer service. They don’t respond to emails or address issues with withdrawals. I have been waiting for a withdrawal for over 30 days and now they wont respond to me.

Absolute joke of a company, Avoid Avoid Avoid, won €400 last week, was asked to verify account AGAIN, proof of ID was apparently incorrect even though you could see all details perfectly on the correct page. So I sent them another pic 3 days ago, they’ve stopped replying to my emails. They just want you to spend the money. Much better options out there.

This is such a scam site. It looks to me they don’t have money for payouts, possibly going bankrupt. You have been warned.

After threatening a chargeback to my credit card of all the deposits I made on this site, I finally received my winnings after 34 DAYS. This is not a site where you can have fun because it’s simply not fun to be tangle up with their slow and inefficient customer service and false promises. I mean, seriously, 34 DAYS to get your winnings!!! I will never play on casino.com again. You have been warned.

Very bad service I can say.. I deposited money 10 hours ago using smart EFT and it hasn’t reflected in my account.. When I ask for help nobody responds… Emails they only say we will look into it but nothing so far.. Live chat I was attended by one guy who asked me to produce a bank statement to show that funds are deducted from my account.. Yet in the transaction history it shows that I’ve made a deposit and the money is still pending…. Their service is so bad and they are not willing to help… I’m new and I’m already frustrated.

Worst site EVER. they take your money but won’t honour the new customer bonus and when you ask live chat customer service they don’t answer your question at all for ages and eventually say well you are not eligible to receive the bonus that they said would give but you arent sanctioned so can still deposit again!!! Absolute robbing site and cheaters and rude. Don’t give them a chance to cheat you too.

Overall I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone because should you have a problem you should know that they in no way value or treat their customers with any respect.
